His leadership abilities also extend to real estate coaching, where he is a Certified Real Estate Coach, and to his volunteer work as the Affiliate Coordinator for the local chapter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network from 2007-2010.Bill's professional achievements are widely recognized. He has been named one of Connecticut's Top Realtors by Hartford Magazine and is a repeat recipient of the 5-Star Professional Award. In 2024, Bill was honored with the prestigious Realtor of the Year award by the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, a distinction given to only one realtor annually out of over 5,000 members. He has also demonstrated his leadership within the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors since 2014, culminating in his presidency in 2022 & 2023. Bill's commitment to the real estate profession extends to the state and national levels, where he serves on the CT Realtors Board of Directors and National Association of Realtors committees. He serves as a Regional Vice President for CT Realtors, a role he will serve again in 2026.
